Redden Farms History
In 1948, Harold and Ola Mae purchased what is now Redden Farms for $82 an acre and built a thriving dairy farm, eventually becoming the largest in Ellis County. By the time the farm was sold in 2008, their high-quality cows and bulls were being sold across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Their legacy lives on in the land now developed into the vibrant community of Redden Farms.
